DEPOSIT: $300 BASE RENT: $170
Monday through Thursday for an hourly rate of $20.00 per hour and a $150 deposit.

PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE AS FOLLOWS:
Payment of base rent, and deposit is to be made at the Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Office. The deposit payment to be paid when the contract is signed and returned to the Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Office. The rent payment shall be two weeks prior to the event.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUIRED
All requests for services and needs not included in base rental shall be billed at cost.

POLICIES:

• The deposit will be returned only if the key is returned, clean up is satisfactory, and no damage was done. It will be at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation, and Forestry on the amount of the refund.
• Lessee is responsible for all clean up. (includes washing the floor)
• No food or drink items prepared on site, all must be prepared off premises.
• No smoking in building.
• Fire ordinance, no burning of candles.
• No decorating of walls and ceiling.
• Alcohol can not be provided for sale, MN Statues 340. If keg beer is to be used a keg permit must be obtained from the Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Office. Cost for the permit is $10.00.
• Building and parking lot must be vacated by 11:00 pm.
• Lessor retains the right to inspect the property at any time (this includes the Police Department.)

Key pick up and return is at the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Office at 121 4th Ave NE. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The key may be picked up the day of your event or Friday for weekend reservations.
