Pay Range:
This is a non-union, non-exempt position with a full wage range of $34.90 – $49.85 per hour, with an anticipated starting range of $34.90 – $42.37 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance.  You will help maintain a positive workplace culture by managing communication efforts, coordinating HR programs, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support and coordinate the recruitment and hiring process, assist with employee onboarding and termination procedures, and develop and distribute internal communications.  This role also involves organizing employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives, processing employee benefits enrollments, and maintaining accurate records.  You will oversee leave of absence and workers’ compensation claims, ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws, and assist with HR policy updates.

Minimum requirements include an associate’s degree or equivalent training in human resources, benefits administration, or a related field.  Three (3) years of human resources, benefits administration, or related experience.  Someone who is highly organized, with strong computer proficiency, and has excellent communication skills is desired.
