Arena Supervisor & Ice Resurfacer

$13 – $16.00/Hour
Looking for a fast‑paced, community‑driven job where you’re part of the action? We’re adding part‑time Arena Supervisors & Ice Resurfacers to our team and would love to have you join us.
Schedule
- Weeknights: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (varied shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Olympia during Bruins games and special events
- Maintain clean and safe facilities, including locker rooms, bleachers, restrooms, and lobby areas throughout the shift
- Support smooth arena operations and provide excellent service to teams and guests
Qualifications
- Experience operating an ice resurfacer (Olympia or Zamboni) is a plus. Yet we’re happy to train the right person
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently while keeping the arena running smoothly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe facility
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to following safety procedures
- Friendly, customer‑focused attitude when interacting with teams, families, and visitors
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
