The Personnel Committee of the Austin Public Library Board will meet in the small meeting room at the Austin Public Library, 323 4th Avenue NE, for a special meeting. A portion of the meeting may be closed to conduct the annual review of the Library Director, Julie Clinefelter, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(a).
