The Port Authority Board will meet in City Hall Council Chambers for a regularly scheduled meeting. A portion of the meeting will be closed under Minn.Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(c) for the purpose of discussing the sale of 5 acres on the north section of the 25 acre parcel of 34.905.0101.
